Happy Superbowl Sunday!!For those of you unaware, the Giants are in the Superbowl tonight! We're doing a small party with the family because Dad wants to be able to pay attention to the game...has he forgotten how much my sisters and I talk? At least he'll have support from my brothers in-law who will be almost as focused on the game (though they're Eagles fans)
I am really excited because I've made Giants Blue Velvet cupckaes with cream cheese frosting! I even made the decorations myself....the first "piping" challenge I've given myself in a while. I'd forgotton what a pain royal icing is and how hard it is to get a good red color. I think they came out pretty well, what do you think?
These cupcakes look so good! You really seem to be an amazing baker. I'm hoping to start baking, but I have no idea where to start, lol.
